Definitions

The Publisher: The natural or legal person who publishes online communication services to the public.
The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services provided by the Publisher.

Aggregation with personal data available from the User’s social accounts

If you connect your account to another service to enable cross-posting, that service may share your profile and login information and any other information you have authorized for disclosure. We may aggregate this information with data relating to our other Users, groups, and accounts.

Collection of Identity Data

Free browsing

Browsing the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without providing personal data (name, surname, address, etc.). No personal data is recorded for simple browsing of the Site.

We use your electronic identifiers only for, and during, the performance of the contract.

Technical data from your device may be collected and recorded by the Site for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes. This helps us personalize and continually improve your experience. We do not collect or retain personally identifiable information attached to such technical data. Data collected may be resold to third parties.

Data purging mechanisms are implemented to ensure effective deletion once the required retention or archiving periods have been reached. In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you also have a right to deletion, which you may exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. Governing Law and Remedies

Application of French law (CNIL regulations) and court jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by French law, notably Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. If you are a consumer, you may bring an action in France or in the EU country where you live. If you are a professional, any action must be brought before a court in France. In case of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

Data Portability

The Publisher undertakes to provide you, upon simple request, with all data concerning you, in an open and easily reusable format, enabling you to retain control and reuse your data.
