Definitions
The Publisher: The natural or legal person who publishes online communication services to the public.
The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services provided by the Publisher.

Data Aggregation

We may publish, disclose, and use aggregated information (information relating to all our Users or specific groups or categories of Users, combined so that an individual User can no longer be identified) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other business purposes.
Aggregation with personal data available from the User’s social accounts
If you connect your account to another service to enable cross-posting, that service may share your profile and login information and any other information you have authorized for disclosure. We may aggregate this information with data relating to our other Users, groups, and accounts.
Collection of Identity Data
Free browsing
Browsing the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without providing personal data (name, surname, address, etc.). No personal data is recorded for simple browsing of the Site.

Use of the user’s identifier solely to access services
We use your electronic identifiers only for, and during, the performance of the contract.
Collection of Device Data
Collection of profiling and technical data to provide the service
Certain technical data from your device is collected automatically by the Site (IP address, ISP, hardware and software configuration, browser type and language, etc.). This collection is necessary to provide the services.
Collection of technical data for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes
Technical data from your device may be collected and recorded by the Site for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes. This helps us personalize and continually improve your experience. We do not collect or retain personally identifiable information attached to such technical data. Data collected may be resold to third parties.

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months after their first placement on the User’s device, as is the validity period of the User’s consent. The cookie lifetime is not extended upon each visit.

Deletion of data after account deletion
Data purging mechanisms are implemented to ensure effective deletion once the required retention or archiving periods have been reached. In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you also have a right to deletion, which you may exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.
Security Breach Notifications
User notification in case of a security breach
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. If we become aware of unlawful access to personal data stored on our servers (or those of our providers), or unauthorized access resulting in the risks identified above, we undertake to:

The Publisher undertakes not to transfer Users’ personal data outside the European Union.

We undertake to inform you in the event of substantial changes to these Terms and not to materially lower the confidentiality level of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.
Governing Law and Remedies
Application of French law (CNIL regulations) and court jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by French law, notably Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. If you are a consumer, you may bring an action in France or in the EU country where you live. If you are a professional, any action must be brought before a court in France. In case of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Data Portability
The Publisher undertakes to provide you, upon simple request, with all data concerning you, in an open and easily reusable format, enabling you to retain control and reuse your data.
